Cerbirus Malfoy grew up just like the Malfoys before him, jealous, spoiled and bred into ancient pureblood ideals. I don't need to explain his upbringing much because we all know that Malfoys live in wealth, always.

Cerbirus lived in a world where being a pureblood meant nothing more than being a lord or lady in the U.K. Since the Minister of Magic came out with the world of magic, in 2010, it seemed to Muggles that the Malfoys were nothing special anymore. Kids didn't go to Hogwarts anymore, the only things he learned was from his home schooling with his mother, Violet. Unlike most Wizards of today, Cerbirus was better than most of the kids his age and being the last of the Malfoy line seemed to have no perks. That is, if you count the namesake and that really wasn't worth it anymore.

In his school, he was no more than a "rich" student, nothing more. He made friends with the only Wizarding kind, but the only pure one left was Mathiu MacMillian. The two grew up being best of friends their whole life, even after school ended. By the time they were in their late twenties, the two had grown apart due to Cerbirus' prejudice ideals. Cerbirus stopped caring about his friends and drifted into the world of dark magic and their properties, but where could one learn all that? Hogwarts or the Ministry of Magic, that's where.

Cerbirus managed to land himself a job at the Ministry as a Unspeakable, which was a dream job for someone who was so talented. However, there were some problems, later down the road in his late twenties he started sneaking into Hogwarts, which was now over-run with creatures and was considered a dangerous place to be. He read all about the way the Magical World used to be and wished it was that way still, but that was all he could do was wish. Cerbirus' studies lead him to a famous and historical tyrant, Tom Marvolo Riddle Jr, Lord Voldemort. This was a man who hated muggles so much he wanted to save them all from being exposed to the damnation that the world was now, full of wizard kids that were taken away from their parents, sometimes kidnapped, often burned and if not, they learned such basic magic they were not even knowing. Cerbirus wanted that to change.

He wanted to seclude the Wizarding World. He wanted Lord Voldemort to do it and he had a way to do it, the spell that unlocked the Dark Lord. The one that traveled from 1996 to 3000.

When he unlocked it, he was allowed to enter the veil himself, it became something similar to Greek Mythology and the Underworld. Every time he left, it was like time had never lapsed. He decided that it was time to see exactly how the time-magic he was given, could work. He casted the spell and the Mirror of Erised, thought to be lost to the world, appeared suddenly in front of the Veil and he decided to test his theory. He went to find the one known as Tom Marvolo Riddle, when he found him, he explained what had happened and told him about the magic.

Lord Voldemort has returned in the new Millennium.

It appeared as though Lord Voldemort was ignorant on the fact that this might cause something else to happen. Other came through the veil as well, countless people and in this new world they were not welcome. A futuristic world where minds were not controlled by the person and magic was now just another parlor trick. The world was disappointing, very disappointing. Most of them had no where to go, but Cerbirius started trying to put them in Hogwarts until they could find a job in town or something to make money for themselves.

Looks like another war is starting, don't it? The Government found out about this and started taking magical kids and experimenting on them. All the people running around with free will wasn't exactly what they wanted and Voldemort didn't exactly appreciate the fact that the Wizarding World was opened.
